Overview Porince Tailoring is looking for a skilled and passionate Seamstress to join our Surrey shop on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision stitching, quality alterations, and helping our clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities Performing a variety of garment alterations, including hemming, taking in/letting out seams, and resizing. Conducting repairs and mending on a range of fabrics. Providing professional fittings and consultations with clients. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Requirements Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or in a similar role. Strong proficiency with sewing machines, sergers, and hand-sewing techniques. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively on custom projects.
