The Role This isn''t a ''manage one big project for two years'' kind of role. We need someone who can keep 2030 projects moving at oncetracking timelines, spotting problems before they become delays, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You''ll be the connective tissue between our customers, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams. Some days that means coordinating an installation in Alberta; other days it''s chasing down a late shipment or making sure a custom order is on track. The common thread: you''re the one who knows where everything stands and keeps it all moving forward. What You''ll Do Track and drive progress on 2030 concurrent customer projects and internal initiatives Coordinate installation and commissioning activitiesscheduling, logistics, travel arrangements for field teams Monitor standard product orders and catch bottlenecks before they impact delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, EPCs, and contractors Run regular check-ins with purchasing, manufacturing, and operations to keep everyone accountable Use whatever tools make you effectivewe''re big on using AI and automation to work smarter, and we expect you to be too What You Bring 3+ years in a coordination role, ideally in manufacturing or an industrial environment Proven ability to juggle many projects at once (if you''ve only ever managed one or two major projects, this probably isn''t the right fit) Strong organizational instinctsyou naturally keep lists, set reminders, and track details without being asked The ability to see problems coming and address them proactively Comfort using AI tools and modern software to stay on top of thingswe''re not looking for someone who needs to be convinced this is valuable Clear communication skillsyou can talk to the shop floor and an executive client with equal clarity Nice to Have Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, or related) Familiarity with EPCs, electrical contractors, or industrial equipment manufacturing Experience with standards like IEEE, CSA, UL, or IEC Why Join MegaResistors?
