In this role, you will Respond to notifications and assess risk to children and young people Apply professional judgement to safeguard children and promote wellbeing Engage families to support safe care and positive change Coordinate services and interventions with internal and external partners To be successful You bring professional experience in child protection, case management, or a related human services field, with the ability to work confidently with children, young people, and families experiencing vulnerability. At the Senior Case Manager level, you demonstrate increased expertise, sound judgement, and the capacity to work with greater independence on complex matters. You have strong knowledge of child development, risk assessment, and statutory frameworks, with the ability to interpret legislation, policy, and practice guidance. You can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and prepare clear written and verbal reports informed by evidence and analysis. You are resilient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive practice.
