About the role We''re hiring a Crew Lead to run a field crew and deliver premium exterior cleaning service. You''ll lead a 24 person team on residential and light commercial jobs, keep quality high, drive efficiency, and represent the brand professionally on every property. Responsibilities Leadership & Production Lead daily jobsite execution: plan the day, assign tasks, set pace, and keep the crew on track. Train and coach technicians on safety, quality, and speed. Maintain a positive, high-standard culture: punctual, respectful, zero drama, solutions-first. Do final walk-throughs and ensure the customer is happy before leaving. Service Delivery Perform and oversee services such as: Window cleaning (interior/exterior as needed) Screen cleaning Gutter cleaning / downspout flushing (where applicable) House washing / soft washing Light pressure washing (decks, walkways, etc.) Protect the property: landscaping, siding, fixtures, and customer belongings. Handle ''on-site problem solving'' (access issues, weather adjustments, add-ons). Customer Experience Communicate clearly with homeowners: arrival, scope, expectations, and completion. Handle basic customer concerns professionally and calmly. Ask for reviews when appropriate and identify upsell opportunities (only when it genuinely helps the customer). Systems & Accountability Use our CRM/checklists to confirm scope, note job completion, and report issues. Track materials/equipment needs; report breakage/repairs early. Keep the truck/van organized, stocked, and presentable. Requirements Proven experience leading a crew (construction, trades, exterior cleaning, landscaping, etc.). Strong communication skills (crew + customers). Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and with ladders. Valid driver''s license + clean driving record. Physically capable: lifting 50+ lbs, repetitive movement, long days on feet. Safety-first mindset and attention to detail. Nice to have Window cleaning / soft wash / pressure wash experience. Fall arrest / working at heights training. Experience with route planning or job pacing. Sales/upsell comfort (without being pushy). What success looks like (90 days) Your crew hits quality standards consistently with minimal rework. Jobs run on time, equipment is maintained, and customers are happy. You can train new techs quickly and keep the team motivated. You identify problems early and solve them without drama.
