Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Assist in food preparation and food safety procedures to ensure quality standards are met Serve food items with attention to presentation and customer satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery Follow all food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Experience with food handling, preparation, and safety protocols is desirable Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food service or serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed Join our team as a Barista and enjoy working in a vibrant environment where your skills make a difference Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00-$39.91 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
