Please reference ITSM Solution Architect - Banking Job Description: Seeking a seasoned ITSM Solution Architect who provides strategic technology leadership and consulting, drives ITSM process excellence, and partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to enable enterpriselevel outcomes. This role will guide the teams in designing a scalable, compliant, and secure target architecture that aligns with the bank''s long-term enterprise technology strategy, focusing heavily on successful navigation through critical internal governance and approval stages. They will act as a key extension of the Banks internal capacity, assisting with all planning, analytical, procedural, and documentation tasks required to advance the transformation agenda and secure the necessary internal approvals and groundwork for future transformation initiatives. The engagement will cover, but not be limited to, the following services and objectives: Supporting the collection, refinement, and documentation of both current-state and target-state architecture, operational, technical, and business requirements. Assisting in the creation, review, and finalization of architectural design documents, including the preparation and publishing of business design reviews (BDRs) and other necessary internal architectural artifacts. Guiding and supporting the Bank teams in navigating and successfully completing all internal risk, compliance, security, and governance processes and major customer-facing technology change approvals. Key Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in ITSM, business analysis/consulting. Postsecondary degree in a related field Proven track record operating with senior technology and business stakeholders. Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of ITIL with ITIL Foundation Certification required. Handson experience with ServiceNow, AWS and AI technologies Knowledge of infrastructure, monitoring, Help Desk operations, and support/operations practices. Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, iterative). Comfort with technical/business environments such as Microsoft technologies, relational databases, and SharePoint. Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling, data modeling, and usercentric design. Ability to translate business needs into actionable solution designs. Skilled in identifying emerging issues, analyzing complex problems, and providing datadriven recommendations. Capability to define analytics/reporting requirements to inform decisionmaking. Recognized subject matter expert who can provide thought leadership and guide process strategy. Experienced in leading change management programs (readiness, planning, stakeholder engagement, sustainment). Ability to shape communication strategies to influence behavior and support adoption. Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across business and technology groups. Expert-level verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and influencing skills. Skilled at navigating ambiguity and applying creative thinking to unique or complex scenarios. Demonstrated ability to build trust, mentor others, and strengthen IT consulting capabilities. Interview Process: Interviews will take place in two rounds during the same week this month.
