Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable HD Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment , trucks ,trailers to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnose mechanical issues accurately using diagnostic tools and techniques Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems promptly Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times Experience Proven experience as a Truck& Trailer mechanic , Red Seal preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components is desirable Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Prior experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment is advantageous Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanical maintenance is a plus This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and a commitment to safety standards. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate a dedication to quality workmanship. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: $25.00-$48.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
