We''re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning & Maintenance Technician to help keep our dealership operating at its best. Role Summary: The Cleaning & Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and basic upkeep of all dealership facilities. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring a clean, professional environment for customers, staff, and visitors, while also assisting with light maintenance and supply management. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Janitorial Duties Clean and sanitize five (5) bathrooms , including: Mirrors, sinks, toilets (inside and outside) Doors, handles, grab bars, dispensers Floors and high-touch surfaces Empty all garbage and recycling bins Clean kitchen areas, including washing dishes Vacuum all buildings and spot-clean floors as needed Disinfect desktops, doors, and door handles throughout the facility Wash all floors thoroughly once per week or as required Cleaning cadence: General cleaning completed three (3) times per week Full floor wash weekly or as needed Maintenance & Facility Support Replace light tubes and door handles as required Cut keys as needed Replace window blinds when necessary Replace furnace filters every three (3) months Act as on-site contact for repair technicians and contractors (e.g., HVAC, gates, heat pumps) For additional compensation, assist with small repair projects such as: Minor toilet repairs Stair replacement Painting projects Supplies & Inventory Regularly purchase and restock facility supplies, including: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap Cleaning solutions and garbage bags Shop towels and hand soap for service technicians Trailer detailing supplies Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies as needed Qualifications & Requirements: Required Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks Comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs Physically able to perform cleaning and maintenance duties Valid driver''s licence preferred Assets Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance roles Basic handyman or building maintenance skills Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management If you believe you''d be a great fit for this role and our team, we''d love to hear from you.
