Introduction Deltic Wash Force is Canada''s leading supplier of car wash equipment, installation service and car wash chemical with over 30 years industry experience, we support the needs of current car wash operators and new-to-industry organizations by providing a full range of car wash services including design, installation, service and support and car wash chemical. We are looking for a driven, self starting Service Manager to support our Best-in-Class company. The Service Manager''s responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing our growing team of service technicians. To be successful as a Service Manager for Deltic Wash Force, you should display a strong ''customer first'' attitude as well as excellent leadership skills and bring your experience and ideas to the table to further develop our team. Service Manager Responsibilities: Scheduling technical staff, delegating work orders, monitoring the progress of current Jobs using our Service Software Program, and managing service team members to ensure the highest level of customer service, workmanship and the company''s objectives are met. Providing leadership and support to the service team members including coaching, skills development, performance management, encouragement, and inter employee cooperation. Maintaining a safety mindset at all times while ensuring all Company, industry and regulatory safety requirements are met. Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. Assisting with or performing administrative tasks with support from service department administrative staff, such as managing and updating information for invoicing, processing new work orders and tracking job status, including review/monitoring time sheets. Resolving service challenges and improving service methods to increase the productivity and level of customer service. Monitoring department performance and encourage Continuous Improvement and cost management. Maintaining strong relationships with customers. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company''s adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry''s standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes. Service Manager Requirements: Significant Service Management experience in the same or similar role of installation and repair of industrial equipment. College diploma and/or certified skilled tradesperson specifically for industrial applications. This may include HVAC, millwright, electrician or mechanical trades. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Computer experience with Service Software Programs, Word and Excel and good organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
