Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and purchases. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and assisting with product displays. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery. Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction handling. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, demonstrating good phone etiquette. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
