Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Victorian Hotel. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring an outstanding stay for every guest. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. Restock amenities and supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment. Report any maintenance issues or damages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of guest information. Assist with laundry and linen management and public areas as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in a hotel housekeeping role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures. Customer service orientation. Previous hotel experience is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods.
