Agilus is recruiting for an Office Manager/Administrator - Contract in the city of in Toronto, Ontario. We are looking for someone experienced in high-staffed office environments, capable of handling diverse tasks and shifting priorities, with event planning/facilitation experience and previous involvement in an office move. What''s In It For You $25.00 hourly 1 Month Contract, end of February to March 30 Fully onsite, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Location: Downtown Toronto Dynamic workplace and highly social, with welcoming teams and plenty happening each day Employees enjoy free snacks, team gatherings, and meaningful exposure to leaders and peers in the tech sector Responsibilities Support the setup of a new sixth-floor workspace, including desks and general office preparation Maintain meeting rooms, manage office inventory, and ensure groceries and supplies are fully stocked Manage incoming requests through Notion, the internal ticketing system, and respond to day-to-day queries Work efficiently within Google Suite and Slack for communication and coordination Liaise with building management through their portal to address facilities needs and issues. Coordinate and facilitate staff events, catering, and deliveries across the main Toronto office and two hub locations (New York and Vancouver) Oversee vendor relationships, track budgets, and manage kitchen stocking, mail, and courier services Requirements Previous experience in office management or administration within fast-paced, high-staffed environments Strong background in office operations, including office moves, event planning, and general space coordination Outgoing, people-oriented personality with the ability to build rapport quickly Physically able to stay active, move between multiple floors, and remain on the go as needed Familiarity with Slack and Notion is an asset, along with strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office. Experienced working in large, dynamic offices with diverse responsibilities and constant activity Proven ability to plan and facilitate office events and contribute to successful office relocations.
