Hays recruitment is working with a commercial cleaning and janitorial services to find a Sales Representative to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is full time hours, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start. Responsibilities: Proactively identify, target, and secure new commercial clients and service contracts Drive revenue growth by expanding service offerings within existing client accounts Conduct ongoing prospecting, including outreach, sales calls, client meetings, and timely follow-ups Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and service agreements Maintain organized and uptodate sales records, reports, and CRM data Manage salesrelated administrative and office tasks to support daily operations Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients What you need to succeed: A highenergy, resultsdriven sales professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment Selfmotivated with strong initiative and a sense of ownership over your work Confident and capable when it comes to prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills Highly organized and able to efficiently manage administrative aspects of the sales process Professional, dependable, and always focused on delivering an excellent client experience Experienced in B2B or servicebased sales (experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry is a plus, but not required) What''s in it for you: This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for work immediately.
