About The Grind The Grind is a startup caf and retail concept built inside the headquarters of VEGAIN Nutrition, a plant-based performance nutrition company. We combine high-quality coffee, food, and a curated retail offering in a space designed around community, training, and recovery. This is not a traditional caf job. It''s an opportunity to own a business unit, help shape systems from the ground up, and grow alongside a fast-moving company. The Role We''re hiring a Caf & Retail Manager who is hands-on, operationally sharp, and comfortable working on the floor as a barista. You''ll be responsible for both the caf and the retail store, owning day-to-day operations, team leadership, product execution, and customer experience across both sides of the business.
