Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce & Customer Service Specialist to support daily operations across our online sales channels and customer service platforms. This role will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams while ensuring accurate order processing, returns management, and a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and support tickets using Gorgias, providing timely and professional responses Process and manage orders through Shopify, including updates, modifications, and issue resolution Handle returns and exchanges, coordinating with Warehouse Returns and Redo platforms Perform order entry and invoicing in Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support wholesale and B2B order workflows using NuOrder Assist with inventory, fulfillment, and logistics processes through Extensiv Communicate regularly with sales representatives and customers to resolve order-related questions Monitor order status from placement through fulfillment and delivery Maintain accurate customer, order, and return records across systems Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Qualifications & Skills Experience in e-commerce and customer service environments Hands-on experience with Shopify and customer service platforms (Gorgias preferred) Familiarity with order management, invoicing, and ERP systems (Dynamics experience a plus) Experience working with returns management and warehouse coordination Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively in-office Experience with NuOrder, Redo, and Extensiv Background in wholesale or omnichannel retail operations Work Schedule Hybrid role: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote Standard business hours with flexibility as needed to support operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5T 3A7
