Position Summary: CenerTech Canada Ltd. provides camps and logistics management services to our client, focusing on safety, transparency, and cost effectiveness. We custom fit our services to the specific needs our client''s project, providing or securing and managing the most appropriate equipment, products, services, people, and timing on their behalf. Reporting to the Camp Manager, the Front Desk Clerk plays a vital role as the first point of contact for guests and any visitor of the camp. The successful candidate always provides the highest level of professionalism and ensure the guest experience is of the highest quality throughout the entirety of their stay. You will be working a 14 on 14 off shift, days and nights (subject to change). Key Responsibilities: In this role, the successful candidate should have significant experience in the hospitality industry with a strong knowledge of operations and excellent customer service skills to assist CenerTech and our client in maintaining the Remote Camp. This role will be based on rotations per the operational needs. Greet, check in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys, and assign rooms. Manage room bookings in person and through incoming calls. Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests. Manage room keys (lost, replacement). Follow camp site policies and procedures to authorize clients staying. Maintain an inventory of reservations and vacancies and assign rooms. Answer inquiries about the camp services through the telephone, email, or in person. Collect and maintain records on clients'' name, company, contact information, propose of visiting. Being knowledgeable of all camp facilities and services. Handling all guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, keeping the appropriate Manager informed or involving Manager as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years Front-desk experience in remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, managerial, leadership, organizational and supervisory skills. Must be fluent in the English language with reading and writing competency. Must comply with the company drug & alcohol, and background screening procedures Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home.
