About Us We are a growing renovation and general contracting company managing multiple residential and commercial projects across the GTA. We are looking for a reliable and organized Reno Admin & Sales Support Coordinator to assist with daily operations, client communication, and new project support. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys coordinating, multitasking, and helping a construction business grow. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Support Manage scheduling, appointments, and project calendars Handle incoming calls, emails, and client follow-ups Organize project documents, invoices, supplier orders, and files Support day-to-day business operations for active renovation projects Project Coordination Assistance Communicate with subcontractors to confirm schedules and timelines Assist with tracking project progress and updating task lists Help prepare basic budgets, material lists, and project timelines Coordinate deliveries and material pickups when required Sales & Business Development Support Respond to new renovation inquiries and organize lead information Follow up with potential clients and schedule site meetings Assist with quote preparation and proposal coordination Help identify new renovation opportunities through referrals and online platforms Occasional Site Support (As Needed) Attend site visits for coordination or progress checks Support material coordination between suppliers and job sites (Site visits are task-based and scheduled in advance.) Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced renovation environment Experience in admin, coordination, or customer service preferred Ability to travel between job sites occasionally (must have reliable transportation) Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, email, and scheduling tools Construction or renovation knowledge is a strong asset Compensation Structure This is a contract-based role with flexible hours.
