Timbel Limited is a sewer and watermain construction company located in the Greater Toronto Area. Having been incorporated in 1987, Timbel has completed many complex and intricate municipal projects which include the installation of sanitary forcemains, storm and sanitary sewers including deep, vertical, closed-sheathing trenches, and watermains. Safety is of utmost importance to everyone at Timbel Limited and it is shown by Timbel receiving COR Certification from the IHSA. (Minimum of 5 years'' experience in floating machines and equipment in the construction industry is required) The employee is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of heavy equipment, materials, and tools to and from job sites, yards, and supplier locations, and also provides general labour support on site as required. This role includes operating a float and truck (as required), completing daily vehicle and trailer inspections, securing and tarping loads, and ensuring all loads are legal, properly permitted, and compliant with road safety regulations. When not driving, the employee assists the crew with general labour tasks such as loading/unloading, moving materials, site set-up and clean-up, hand digging, spotting equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. The driver coordinates with superintendents and site crews to meet scheduling needs, maintains accurate logs and trip paperwork, and supports basic yard/site tasks as needed while maintaining a clean, professional, and safety-first work environment.
