Architectural Drafting Sales / Client Coordinator Location: In-Office Windermere, Edmonton, AB Pay: $25$35 per hour (based on experience and client communication skills) We are an established architectural drafting firm located in Windermere, Edmonton, seeking a Sales & Client Coordinator to manage all client communications and inquiries. This is a full-time, in-office position. This role is not commission-based. Compensation is hourly only. Responsibilities: Handle all incoming client emails, calls, and inquiries Communicate with clients regarding architectural and drafting services Collect project details and client requirements Coordinate with drafting and design teams Follow up with clients in a professional and timely manner Maintain organized client communication records Requirements: Reliable transportation and commute to our in-office location in Windermere, Edmonton is required; this is not a remote or hybrid role. Strong working knowledge of residential architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and basic construction documents. Proven ability to read, interpret, and explain architectural plans to clients, including room sizes, layouts, spatial relationships, and exterior elevations. Comfortable discussing design options, layout changes, room sizing, and general residential design considerationswith homeowners and builders. Experience in residential architectural drafting, home design, construction coordination, or show home sales is required. Previous experience as a show home sales consultant or builder sales representative (e.g., working with production or custom home builders) is considered a strong asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, professional emails and confidently speak with clients. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Professional demeanor and strong follow-up skills when dealing with homeowners, builders, and consultants. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, handling multiple inquiries, deadlines, and ongoing client communications.
