Duties Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner in person and by phone Manage multi-line phone systems, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office Handle filing and document management with attention to detail Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, typing, and organizing documents Ensure compliance with office procedures and confidentiality requirements Perform general administrative and clerical tasks Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in office environments with a preference to someone who has worked in a legal office Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding support within an administrative setting.
