Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Officer - Senior to join their team.  Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Officer - Senior Location: Toronto, ON Pay Range: $24.5 Shift: 9Am to 5pm Whats the Job? Interact with internal teams to provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services Handle and resolve escalated complaints efficiently and professionally Input and update information in the system based on requests received from front office teams Refer unresolved issues to designated departments for further investigation Support investigative scenarios and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded Whats Needed? Fluent in both English and French to support communication via phone and email Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred Willingness to work evening and overnight shifts as required Whats in it for me?
