SOMMAIRE DU POSTE :Le/la directeur.trice des ressources humaines joue un rle essentiel dans la raffinerie en favorisant lengagement des employs et en entretenant de solides relations professionnelles travers lorganisation. Le/la titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la gestion stratgique et de loptimisation continue des politiques, des procdures et des programmes de ressources humaines ainsi que de fournir des conseils dexpertise la direction et aux employs, tant syndiqus que non syndiqus.RESPONSABILITS PRINCIPALES :Fournir un leadership positif et mobilisateur ainsi quune orientation et une expertise couvrant lensemble des fonctions en ressources humaines ;Grer la communication avec le syndicat et les questions lies la convention collective en tenant compte de manire quilibre des intrts de lentreprise et des employs ;Grer lensemble du processus de recrutement des employs salaris et horaires dans les diffrents dpartements de lorganisation ;Supporter les processus de ngociation collective et la gestion des griefs.Appliquer et grer la convention collective ;Collaborer et travailler de manire proactive avec lquipe de gestion sur diffrentes problmatiques en ressources humaines telles que : les relations employs, la rtention et lengagement des employs, la rsolution de conflits, la gestion des performances, la formation et le dveloppement, les politiques et les procdures ;Guider et conseiller lquipe de gestion lors de situations complexes de relations de travail ou dapplication des procdures ;Grer et coordonner le Programme de gestion des invalidits en collaboration avec le Coordonnateur de scurit ;Collaborer avec lquipe des ressources humaines de Lantic sur les nouvelles initiatives et mettre profit lexpertise de lquipe ;Assurer la conformit des pratiques avec les lois du travail et les droits humains ainsi que participer activement aux comits ncessaires.EXIGENCES:tudes post-secondaires en gestion de ressources humaines ;tre CRHA (un atout) ;Minimum cinq (5) huit (8) ans dexprience professionnelle en ressources humaines ;Excellentes comptences interpersonnelles et une passion pour le travail en quipe ;Exprience de travail avec un personnel syndiqu et exprience en relations de travail ;Capacit faire preuve dun leadership exemplaire tout en incarnant et en vhiculant la mission et les valeurs de Lantic ;Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale. TSX : RSI (ROGERS SUGAR INC.).*********************************************************************************************JOB SUMMARY:Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager based at our Vancouver Refinery and reporting to the Corporate Director, Human Resources. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in the refinery by fostering employee engagement and cultivating strong professional relationships across the organization. This position is responsible for the strategic administration and continuous enhancement of human resources policies, procedures, and programs, and provides expert advisory support to management and employees across both salaried and unionized groups. This role collaborates with Managers and Supervisors to provide labour relations guidance, supports and engages hourly employees, promotes positive employee relations across all employee groups, leads recruitment and onboarding activities, and works closely with all departments of the refinery to foster a strong and engaged workforce.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide positive influential leadership, direction and expertise on the full scope of Human Resources functions;Handle union correspondence and collective agreement matters with a balanced perspective of the interest of the company and its employees;Manage full cycle of the recruitment process of salaried and hourly employees in various departments of the Company;Support collective bargaining process and grievance administration;Administer the Collective Agreement;Collaborate and work proactively with the Management team on a wide range of human resources issues including: employee relations, employee retention and engagement, conflict resolution, performance management, training and development, and policies and procedures;Coach and advise management and team members through complex employee/labour relations issues and procedural inquiries;Manage and coordinate the Disability Management Program in collaboration with the Safety Coordinator;Collaborate with Lantics HR team on new initiatives and leverage team expertise;Ensure compliance of Employment Law and Human Rights Legislations and actively participate in necessary committee.QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Post-secondary education in human resources management;CPHR (an asset);Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years of professional level human resources experience;Exceptional people skills and passion for working with people;Experience working with a unionized workforce and labour relations experience;Demonstrate positive and strong leadership skills in living and promoting Lantic's Mission and Values;Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
