With a forward-thinking tradition that spans over 100 years, todays GE appliances sync perfectly with your modern lifestyle.We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a large appliance distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience handling bulky, high-value, damage-sensitive products in a warehouse or distribution setting.What youll be responsible forLead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for large, high-value items.Ensure safe handling and storage of major appliances / white goods, minimizing damage and loss.Provide strong floor leadership, maintaining a visible presence and making real-time operational decisions.Plan labour and resources to manage volume fluctuations and operational priorities.Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance, safety, and productivity.Monitor and act on KPIs related to inventory accuracy, service levels, efficiency, and safety.Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve space utilization and throughput.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with internal teams (Transportation, Customer Service, Sales) and third-party partners as needed.What were looking forProven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Distribution Center Manager.Ideally strong background in appliances, furniture, consumer electronics, HVAC, building materials, or other durable goods.Experience managing large, heavy, and damage-sensitive products.Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor.Solid experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse KPIs.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced distribution environment.Experience with WMS / ERP systems.Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Nice to haveExperience in appliance or white goods distribution.Exposure to cross-dock or regional distribution center operations.Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.Why join usLead a critical operation supporting a well-established appliances distribution business.Opportunity to make a direct impact on service, efficiency, and inventory performance.Stable operation with room to improve processes and execution.
