Job Summary & ScopeYou are a focused team player, familiar with working in a copywriter/designer team. You have at least four years of experience developing concepts, designing communications, presenting your work and taking it through to final production. As a result, you have an impressive portfolio that shows us what youre made of.You will work closely with writer partners, art directors, creative directors, along with members ofother departments to collaboratively deliver award-winning work. While you love seeing yourideas come to fruition, you can roll with executing approved team concepts.You are familiar with executing your work from concept to final production in various media.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Has strong design and concept development skills and can execute on a given vision through visual ads, campaigns, and collateral, providing rationales that solidly support the work. Collaborates with writers and creative directors to ensure effective design and concept. Works with account services, production, and suppliers to bring jobs from pre-planning to execution. Has strong design production skills and can build final print and digital files, with proper quality assurance. Ensures that the design addresses the brief and meets mandatory requirements. Assist new or junior designers in learning agency processes. Ability to develop and execute collateral based on an approved concept, look and feel and apply it to dierent mediums. Strong attention to detail, self-driven and works independently. Fast learner with the ability to meet tight deadlines within a prescribed budget.Technical Requirements Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, After Eects HTML/HTML5 MS 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookJob Qualifications - Education, Skills and Experience Has a creative bone and a minimum of four years of creative agency experience as a Graphic Designer with a proven success record. Displays an excellent portfolio of work that reflects conceptual advertising campaigns. Post-secondary diploma/degree in graphic design/digital media Production, pre-press and printing knowledge a must. Must have a collaborative spirit Can manage projects from their initial creative development, executing to final production in various media, including, but not limited to print, video, user interface, digital and social media.
