This is a showroom management position and requires you to have a corporate focus on communication and interaction, strong communication skills and there is a big asset if you drive and/or have your own vehicle. This showroom is in the west end of Toronto, so priority will be to applicants who are within this region of the city, and the expectation is 5 days/ week.This role involves coordinating logistics,managing timelines, processing orders, and assisting with project documentation. The ProjectCoordinator ensures seamless communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients whileadhering to project schedules and delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities Accounting: Basic bookkeeping. Enter incoming and outgoing invoices on QuickBooks. Reconciliation of bank accounts and QuickBooks on a monthly basis. Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks. Prepare weekly reports. Project Coordination: Track order acknowledgments, identify discrepancies, and resolve thempromptly. Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with vendors and clients,ensuring all project documentation and materials are complete. Maintain and track project timelines to ensure milestones are met andadjust schedules as needed. Re-order or arrange repairs for damaged items, deficiencies and handlewarranty claims as necessary. Showroom Management: Manage office administrative tasks, such as couriers, electronic filing, etc. Manage showroom maintenance, order supplies. Answer incoming calls. Assist with client hosting, event planning.
