EzoBord designs and manufactures high-performance, fully custom architectural acoustical solutions. Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, EzoBord operates in 23 countries with manufacturing sites in five of them, using fully recyclable PET-based acoustic materials developed in Canada.We are looking for a Lead CNC Operator with proven, hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environment. This role is for a self-sufficient professional who can manage CNC operations end-to-end from file verification to final cut without supervision. This is not an entry-level position.What youll doWork independently from shop drawings and AutoCAD files to plan and execute CNC jobsCreate, modify, and validate CNC cut files using SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, I-Carve, or similar softwareSet up, operate, and adjust CNC machines, including material setup, tool changes, and troubleshootingOptimize nesting and material yield for efficient productionVerify cut dimensions and ensure accuracy against approved drawingsMaintain CNC equipment and keep a clean, organized production areaWhat were looking forStrong hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environmentSolid experience reading and interpreting shop drawings and AutoCAD filesSolidWorks experience is requiredAbility to manage all aspects of CNC operations independentlyPractical problem-solving skills on the shop floorComfortable communicating in EnglishOnly candidates currently located in Mississauga, Toronto, or nearby areas will be considered.
