You will lead a team of three to manage the end-to-end retail lifecycle for our clients. One day youll be reviewing a Brand Stores aesthetic flow; the next, youll be deep in a spreadsheet auditing Vendor Central shortage claims or building a PO forecast.This is a Hybrid role designed for a leader who thrives on face-to-face collaboration for strategy and team-building, while maintaining the discipline to drive deep-dive analytical work remotely.Key Responsibilities1. The 'Back Office': Finance & LogisticsInventory Forecasting: Architect demand models to prevent OOS (Out of Stock) scenarios while balancing IPI scores and storage limits.Cost & Recovery: Conduct regular P&L 'health checks.' You are responsible for identifying margin leaks, disputing invalid chargebacks, and managing the reconciliation of shortage claims.Price & Promo Architecture: Oversee MAP monitoring and promotional calendars, ensuring pricing strategy aligns with client contribution margin goals.2. The 'Digital Shelf': Content & UXCatalog Integrity: Direct the team on complex variations, listing troubleshooting, and Brand Registry protection.High-Conversion Content: Oversee the SEO strategy, A+ Content, and Storefront designs to ensure we aren't just driving traffic, but converting it.Account Health: Act as the ultimate 'fixer' for account suspensions, policy warnings, or suppressed listings.3. Hybrid Leadership & Team OpsTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and audit the work of 4 Retail Operations Specialists.SOP Development: Build the 'Agency Playbook'standardizing how we handle everything from flat files to financial disputes so the team operates like a well-oiled machine.Client Strategy: Join high-level client meetings to translate 'Amazon-speak' into clear business outcomes and growth opportunities.Who You AreThe Hybrid Pro: You know how to maximize in-office time for whiteboarding and 1:1s, and youre a pro at using Slack/Project Management tools to keep the team on track when remote.Platform Expert: You have 5+ years of experience.
