Compensation$20.00 $46.00 per hour, based on experience, role scope, and performance.Position OverviewMintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring an eCommerce & Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations and support the execution of accurate, timely order fulfillment across Shopify, eBay, and live-selling platforms. This role is responsible for supervising shipping workflows, coordinating team activity, and ensuring operational excellence across all outbound orders.This is a hands-on supervisory role that combines leadership, process discipline, and execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining shipping accuracy, meeting timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Shipping Operations & FulfillmentOversee daily shipping operations across Shopify, eBay, and live-selling platformsEnsure same-day processing and carrier drop-off for outbound ordersMonitor order accuracy, packaging standards, and shipping timelinesTeam Supervision & Workflow ManagementManage daily shipping team workflows including picking, sorting, packing, and shippingAssign tasks, prioritize workloads, and support team productivityProvide hands-on guidance to achieve zero-error shipping standardsCustomer & Internal CommunicationReview and respond to shipping-related customer inquiries across platformsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve order or shipping issuesEscalate complex or recurring issues to management as requiredQualifications2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferredWorking knowledge of Shopify, eBay, and live-selling platformsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to lead a team in a fast-paced environmentValid G drivers license and access to a vehicleAbility to lift and move packages as requiredWork StructureThis is a full-time, on-site role with a variable schedule based on business needs.
