The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
