Language proficiency: French fluency requiredGeneral Scope of Work: This project will be supporting an Epiq claims department and include responding to escalated questions from potential class members that are not covered off by the scripts and protocols provided to our contact centre and claims teams. Claims processing escalations entail reviewing the supporting documents provided by claimants against provincial requirements for estates to ensure that the submitted documents provide sufficient authority to file the claim and/or receive the settlement award. You would be responsible for assisting class members in navigating the claims process and/or evaluating the claims received.
