POSITION TITLE: DispatcherLOCATION: Mississauga, ONDue to recent changes and continued growth, we have an immediate opening for a customer-focused Dispatcher for a fast-paced company in Mississauga. You will be dispatching about 15 crews across southern Ontario, with each crew making multiple stops per day. In this key role, you will be communicating with customers on a regular basis to confirm details for delivery and service appointments, and working closely with the parts department to make sure parts and tools needed by the technicians are available.If you consider yourself a go-getter and have a background in dispatch and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you. Our client offers a good compensation and benefits package, and solid prospects for career advancement.QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in dispatch.Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency.Strong knowledge of geography in Ontario.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet.CCLP Designation (CITT) preferred but not required.SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000 range (commensurate with experience) plus benefits, bonus, and opportunities to advance.EDUCATION: CCLP Designation (CITT) preferred but not required.
