Our warehouse operations are a critical link between Customer demand, production, and delivery.About the RoleA role supporting order execution, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day warehouse coordination. Were looking for someone who brings structure, follow-through, and clear communication to the flow of goods.ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing Review incoming orders and plan shipments to all customers, ensuring orders are shipped on time and in full (OTIF).Enter manual sales orders into the ERP system.Prepare all necessary documentation and process billing for all customers including Ecommerce Business and Direct Pickups.Shipping and Receiving Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatches.Prepare all required shipping documents accurately and on time to facilitate carrier collections.Print pick lists for the warehouse team, oversee picking and packing accuracy, and ensure compliance with customer specific requirements.Generate and manage BOLs, packing lists, and PODs, maintaining a complete and organized document library.Update shipment details and create shipping labels through carrier portals.Schedule receiving appointments and coordinate inbound shipments.Verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips, ensure timely system entries, and maintain records for both U.S. and Canadian operations.Production Support Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to review and execute production plans for both in-house and co-packer operations.Perform cycle counts as per finance directives, investigate variances with the Production Supervisor, and enter confirmed counts into the system.Create and maintain case UPC labels as required.Coordinate and fulfill sample requests when needed.Administrative Support Assist the Production Supervisor with administrative and warehouse documentation requirements.Maintain the Health & Safety Log and promote compliance with best safety practices.QualificationsHas completed a post-secondary program (less than two years) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or has extensive experience as a warehouse assistant, dispatcher, or production clerk.Required SkillsIs highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accurate order processing, documentation, and inventory records.Is comfortable using technology and ERP systems to manage orders, shipments, and inventory; experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.Communicates clearly and reliably with internal teams, carriers, and partners to keep work moving and issues resolved.Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment without sacrificing accuracy or compliance.Takes ownership of tasks from start to finish, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies or delays.Works well within established processes, customer requirements, and safety standards, even when timelines are tight.Brings a practical, team-oriented mindset and is willing to step in where needed to support warehouse and production operations.
