This includes delivering on a wide range of client engagements in multiple markets across Canada as well as being responsible for the overall recruitment process leveraging company operations/technology required to support it.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology recruitment, client process optimization, and team leadership, while embracing innovation and cultural values aligned with an Indigenous-owned organization.Key DeliverablesRecruitmentFull-cycle recruitment for contract roles across technology and professional services domains and at all levels of seniority.Recruitment for Canadian government clients (provincial/federal/municipal) and private sector organizations including Fortune 500 and SMB clients.Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Monitoring and adhering to KPIs (weekly, monthly, annual) for recruitment performance.Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.Recruitment Tools & TechnologyUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit experience desired), Indeed, and emerging AI recruitment tools.Ensure optimal use of recruitment technology for efficiency and compliance.RFP EvaluationsParticipate in Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluations and contribute to bid submissions for staffing contracts.OperationsAccountable to utilize, and monitor recruitment processes for efficiency, compliance and scalability.Support innovation efforts to research, implement, and troubleshoot technology solutions to enhance operations.Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and government procurement standards.Supervision & LeadershipLead, mentor, and supervise a growing team of recruiters.Provide training and development to enhance team performance.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Required Experience & Skills5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on technology roles.Established candidate network across a wide range of roles and levels in the technology spaceProven experience in public sector and private sector recruitment.Strong technical proficiency including:Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Zoho Recruit preferredMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365) and Adobe toolsTeams/Zoom for virtual meetings.Others e.g. Seamless AI, Power BIExperience in training, supervising and/or mentoring recruiters.Experience with Government of Canada TBIPS procurement vehicles.Understanding of Canadian government procurement processes and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Clear Background Checks (Criminal & Credit).Government of Canada Security Clearance (Secret Level) (Note:We will sponsor the clearance process if candidates do not currently hold clearance).Preferred QualificationsExperience and/or interest with Indigenous recruitment, procurement programs or working with Indigenous Peoples, Communities, organizations, and Indigenous-owned businesses.Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment tools and emerging HR technologies.Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting.
