The Opportunity Under SellOffVacations , we are looking for a HomeBased Travel Expert located in the province of Alberta to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As a results and detailoriented Travel Expert, you are responsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizing longterm working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base. The position reports to the Sales Manager . What Youll Do Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing longterm working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e., detailed travel documentation, etc.) Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking Assist in the resolution of client complaints Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators, and various Internal Support departments What Youll Need Experience as a Travel Expert Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends Provincial certification We thank all who apply however only those who meet the qualifications will be contacted.
