Join us in making a difference Accountabilities Personalize program elements to meet the needs of designated prescribers. Ensure compliance with nursing care standards of the governing nursing body. Review patient status and assist prescribers with patient registration and special authorization requests. Proactively assess programs and suggest improvements for service quality. Complete relevant reports according to specified deadlines and standards. Welcome each patient into the program and assist with necessary patient information. Coordinate insurance coverage activities and follow up with patients on reimbursement outcomes. Requirements A diploma in nursing or related field is required. Minimum of five years experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries. Bilingual proficiency, especially in French, is mandatory. Previous case management experience is a plus. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
