Conduct supplier qualification and local market research. Initiate and track the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and purchase requests. Manage contract preparation, execution, and performance monitoring. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Lead efforts to promote safety and integrity within the workplace. Organize and maintain the Canadian Real Estate team''s archive library. Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management. Experience in industrial real estate project management, including contract management. Strong background in project management and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Ariba. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingual).
