Job Description

ROLE: AI ENABLEMENT CONTENT PRODUCER TEAM: PEOPLE & CULTURE LOCATION: TORONTO (HYBRID) COMPANY OVERVIEW Salt is a North American marketing agency that creates connected experiences through creative, digital & media innovation. Our mission is to ''Earn The World''s Attention'' and Salt is built to find, develop, execute, and amplify the ideas that are worthy of our clients'' audiences. We''ve structured our agency to do what''s right for our clients to connect different perspectives, to work across mediums, and to focus on delivering meaningful, effective results. We''re committed to living up to the values in our name. ''Salt of The Earth'' means we value collaborative, humble, hard-working people here. We''re looking for people who are as smart as they are kind because we believe the right talent and the right culture help us do what''s right for our clients. ROLE OVERVIEW As the Content Producer, AI Enablement, you''ll help turn Salt''s 2026 AI strategy into clear, compelling, and usable materials that support adoption across every level of the company. This role is execution- and design-forward: you will assist in synthesizing complex strategic concepts into high-quality visual outputs that support enablement, communications, decision-making, and rollout. You''ll support the AI Director of Agency Services by producing enablement materials that help teams adopt AI as part of their day-to-day workflows. This includes contributing to adoption playbooks and LMS courses, helping communicate workflow changes, and supporting visibility into internal AI tool usage and workflow efficiency. This role includes light project coordination (tracking, scheduling, packaging updates), but is primarily focused on design enablement execution. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Narrative Design & Visual Frameworks Translate AI strategy and priority initiatives into executive-ready and team-ready presentation decks, one-pagers, visual frameworks, and explainer assets for broad internal audiences. Help build and maintain a consistent visual and narrative language for AI enablement materials, including templates, storytelling structures, and ''how we talk about AI'' artifacts. Create clear visuals for priority workflow initiatives (e.g., maps, ''before / after'' operating models, swim lanes, playbooks, and tool chains). Support internal storytelling around priority AI workflows to help teams understand how work is changing. Learning Asset Development & Packaging Support the buildout of Salt''s AI Adoption Playbooks and learning assets that ladder into the broader enablement and education plan. Produce and package learning modules across the planned curriculum, including decks, micro-guides, exercises, and internal communications. Create materials for standups, lunch & learns, workshops, hackathons, and gamification-ready learning experiences. Turn messy inputs (notes, workshops, standups, rough drafts) into polished, scannable materials that are clear, aesthetic, and easy to use. Reporting Turn AI adoption and usage data into clear, accessible reporting artifacts for internal stakeholders. Help package and support the analytics and measurement narrative through visual reporting and documentation. Project Coordination Coordinate production timelines and dependencies for key enablement outputs in partnership with the AI Director of Agency Services. Maintain an organized enablement content library, including versioning, naming conventions, and a clear ''single source of truth'' for materials. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Exceptional PowerPoint skills (speed craft): strong layout, hierarchy, story flow, clarity, and aesthetic judgment. Demonstrated interest in AI, with examples of applied use (work, school, side projects, or personal workflows). Able to articulate how AI improves quality, speed, or clarity. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into simple, visual narratives for mixed audiences (Executive Leadership to Individual Contributors). Strong writing and editing ability (tight, clear, audience-aware). High ownership and execution discipline: able to take a rough brief and, with guidance as needed, produce a polished deliverable with minimal back-and-forth. NICE-TO-HAVE Comfort with non-technical creative tools such as Canva and modern collaboration/creation tools. Experience with text-based video or audio editing tools (e.g., Descript, Riverside, short-form tooling). Familiarity with image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini-class tools) and turning outputs into usable internal assets. Exposure to lightweight automation or builder tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Claude Code) to support enablement experiments and demos (not a core engineering requirement). 12 years of experience in marketing, digital media, tech, or professional services is a plus. WAYS OF WORKING Visual thinker with strong taste and a focus on clarity. Structured operator who can manage multiple deliverables in flight. Comfortable collaborating across teams and learning to translate between strategy, creative, operations, and technology. PERKS & BENEFITS THAT SET US APART We don''t just talk about balance, growth, and culture, we build for it: Work-Life Flexibility: Hybrid schedule (2 days per week in office), up to 28 paid days off, winter holiday shutdowns, and dog-friendly office vibes.
