Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IP & TMT (Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Telecommunications) Specialist Lawyer with expertise in Latin American legal frameworks to join our Ottawa office. This role will support our expanding client portfolio seeking to navigate intellectual property protection, technology transactions and regulatory compliance across Latin American markets. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel on cross-border IP matters, TMT regulatory frameworks and market entry strategies specific to the region.
