AutoShack is hiring an experienced Retail Store Manager for our Kanata location. This store is attached to our distribution centre and corporate office and plays a key role in training, testing, and rolling out new retail procedures. We are looking for a senior retail leader who is comfortable operating in a structured, corporate environment and can confidently manage day-to-day operations while adapting to new processes. As AutoShack expands from 3 to 13 locations, this role will be central to maintaining consistency and supporting company-wide execution. What You''ll Do Lead daily store operations and customer experience Manage, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Associates Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed Support training and onboarding for new team members Pilot and help implement new retail processes and tools Provide feedback to head office on what works in-store Manage schedules, labour coverage, and peak periods Oversee inventory accuracy, safety, and store presentation Resolve customer and staff issues professionally What We''re Looking For 710 years of retail management experience Experience in a corporate, multi-location retail environment Comfortable leading through change and new initiatives Strong operational discipline and attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional presence Reliable, organized, and capable of prioritizing independently Full-time availability, including weekends Able to lift and move product up to 40 lbs Why This Role Key leadership role in a growing retail organization Competitive salary aligned to senior experience Commission structure tied to store performance Exposure to training, process testing, and rollout initiatives Opportunity to grow with AutoShack''s expansion Hiring Process We want to ensure that all applicants have a fair and equal chance, so we''re using a TestGorilla assessment ).
