The Flag Shop Winnipeg is a leading provider of flags, banners, and other promotional products. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team to help us create high-quality products for our valued customers, assist customers in the show room, answer phones and process orders. Responsibilities: Sewing a variety of products, including flags, banners, and other custom items. Operating industrial sewing machines Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all sewn products. Cutting and preparing materials for sewing. Light housekeeping Assisting customers in person and on the phone. Processing payments in cash and credit cards Managing stock levels Packing and shipping orders Qualifications: Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus but at minimum ability to use a home sewing machine. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Retail/customer service experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and take direction Friendly and approachable personality Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Wage $16-18/hour depending on qualifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Application question(s): Do you have experience with an industrial sewing machine?
