Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures Coordinate the flow of information within the team Direct and control daily operations Direct staff Evaluate daily operations Open and distribute mail and other materials Plan and organize daily operations Supervise other workers Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Oversee payroll administration Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
