Responsibilities: Menu Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards set by the chef and sous chefs. Ensure the quality and consistency of each dish. Station Setup and Stocking: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service to maintain a smooth workflow. Timely Service: Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and maintain a positive dining experience. Food Safety: Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety regulations. Catering and Events: Assist with catering events and onsite private events as needed, contributing to the success of special occasions. Kitchen Organization: Help with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen, including maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen. Knowledge: Possess knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations to ensure the quality and safety of prepared dishes. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in executing recipes, plating, and overall kitchen organization.
