The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and mechanics, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role involves performing hands-on tasks that require precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and joining metal materials. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction. Collaborate with other trades such as electrical and plumbing to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the installation process. Qualifications & Skills Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to sheet metal work. Strong understanding of construction principles and practices. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, caulking, restoration, and construction painting is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
