About the Role We''re looking for a Membership Sales Specialist to be the first point of connection for future members across all of our gym locations. This is a sales-forward, people-first role. Your primary responsibility is converting leads into booked gym tours and ensuring those appointments actually show upwhile creating a strong, personal connection with our brand from the very first interaction. If you are passionate about health and fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident selling over the phone, text, and email, this role is for you. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their own time, and staying organized without constant supervision. Primary Responsibilities Lead Sales & Appointment Booking Contact new leads by phone, text, and email Ask thoughtful questions to understand goals, concerns, and motivations Confidently sell our programs and book high-quality gym tours Match each lead to the appropriate gym location and team Appointment Confirmation & Show Rate Confirm upcoming appointments Build excitement and trust before the visit Reduce no-shows by creating a strong emotional connection to the brand Member Experience & Continuity of Care Share key member details with gym managers (goals, concerns, background) Ensure a seamless experience from first contact to first visit Help members feel known , not like ''just another lead'' Member Feedback & Engagement Respond to member feedback through our internal member survey system Respond to Google reviews professionally and on-brand Support ongoing member communication and care initiatives Help turn feedback into action and improved experiences What Success Looks Like A steady increase in high-quality gym tours booked with the right expectations set Strong appointment show rates driven by connection and trust Members arriving feeling known, welcomed, and understood, not like a handoff Gym managers receiving clear, helpful context so conversations continue seamlessly Members expressing trust, comfort, and confidence in our team from the very first interaction Thoughtful, timely responses to member feedback that strengthen relationships Early issues identified and communicated before they become problems Members who feel supported and become long-term, enthusiastic advocates This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who: Is confident selling over the phone, text, and email Enjoys building real connections with people Understands that sales and service go hand-in-hand Is highly organized and strong at follow-up Communicates clearly and proactively with a team Can balance efficiency with empathy Takes ownership and pride in their work Sales experience is an asset, but not required for someone who is highly personable, emotionally intelligent, and confident communicating with others.
