Title: Administrative Assistant Salary: $52,883 - $66,104 - $72,714 per year (pay range explained below) Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri) Location: Kamloops, BC, located on the unceded ancestral territories of the Secwpemc Nations. About The Role This role is responsible for supporting the activities of the Regional Office in Kamloops and the Regional Directors and Managers. Communication written and verbal is a priority and has touchpoints with various communities. It requires scheduling, supporting and coordinating regional team meetings including minutes and agendas, administrative processes and procedures, vehicle fleet management and employee travel support in line with FNHA mandates. This role is largely involved with regional initiatives including the Wellness Committee, and is an instrumental team liaison to support logistics, efficiency and quality. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring professional and positive team-oriented work ethics while working independently and in an ever-evolving environment. You have recent and significant experience providing a full range of administrative services to a team including senior management. Experience with Microsoft suite, minute/note taking and file management is a priority. Education Successful completion of grade 12 plus a certificate in office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience Recent and significant experience in providing a full range of administrative support and services to a team, including a senior manager (recent defined as within the last 4 years, and significant usually defined as 2-3 years of experience) Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Please refer to Job Specification section of the Job Description for more details. The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
