Job Description: Under the supervision of the Key Accounts Manager, the Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships. They will also work to create long-lasting community relationships, mitigate issues, and communicate with other departments such as Project Management and Operations. The right candidate will be adaptable, possess exceptional communication skills, time management, and organizational skills. Other preferred experience include background in sales, knowledge of the tourism industry or property management, and familiarity of the Bow Valley and other tourist destinations. Responsibilities include but not are not limited to: Client Relations Communicating, managing and solving problems with current and potential clients Establishing, developing and retaining relationships with clients and key contacts Developing policies and procedures around current and potential clients Contract building and management Tracking and maintaining documentation around clients within a CRM system. Editing and preparing necessary documentation around clients (including but not limited to contracts, onboarding forms, strata permits, development permits, city permits, Airbnb permits, etc.) Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments Completing other special projects as assigned by S&T Properties Qualifications: Resourceful and possess problem-solving skills Able to work without direct supervision Can work individually and as part of a team Possess great listening, communication and writing skills Interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail Strong time-management and organization skills Requirements Graduated from University or College in a relevant field Must possess customer service experience Experience in sales or other account management roles is an asset Experience in dealing with short-term rental is considered an asset Experience in the tourism industry or property management is an asset Background in Finance or Accounting preferred What we offer: Competitive wage Benefits for full-time employees Formidable work culture Growth opportunities What we value: Honesty Accountability Teamwork Resourcefulness
