Responsible for the day-to-day preparation of menu items in accordance with all Leo''s standards. Responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety. Consistent and organized. Cook, prep and do whatever it takes to ensure the kitchen runs like a (very clean) well-oiled machine. Responsible for closing dutie Keep up to date on Leo''s specials, practices and communication with managers. Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo''s brand standards of quality and specification.
