Responsibilities Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Manage and train FOH staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance overall guest experience. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and bar operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
