SWEVEN Media is a Toronto-based strategic marketing agency representing a diverse portfolio of Asian and lifestyle brands, as well as cultural events in collaboration with organizations such as the City of Toronto. We are looking for a Marketing Project Assistant Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & reading required) to support our growing team with project coordination, social media execution, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Act as a central point of contact for project-related communications Coordinate internal discussions, ideas, and brainstorming sessions Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content Support platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED), Coordinate brand collaborations and campaign deliverables Prepare and maintain project documents such as briefs, timelines, and meeting notes Track project progress and support task management Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Familiarity with major social media platforms Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Hootsuite, Google ads, Microsoft Office, or similar tools Problem-solving skills: Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks within projects and work with the team to develop solutions.
