About the Role We have an immediate job opening for a Channel Manager. This rewarding and exciting role will require five years experience selling technology solutions. Responsibilities Attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generating and growing sales from existing accounts by working directly with contractors, distributors, consultants, resellers and government, education and enterprise end users. Generating new business opportunities through relationship building, brand partnering and business development activity. Creating sales and marketing strategies to promote the sales of Keatings portfolio of vendors. Proactively reaching out to distributor sales professionals, resellers and end user customers, and establishing long term relationships and keeping customers and business partners apprised of new products and services. Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding the vendor clients. Providing onsite technical demonstrations of appropriate products to customers and distributors. Learning and understanding the features and value of the products in your portfolio, along with learning how to present and sell these products to your customer base. Providing weekly and monthly sales forecasts. Actively establishing and recording all sales opportunities for each vendor in a Sales Pipeline CRM on a weekly basis. Qualifications Strong academics with a post secondary degree/diploma in Commerce or Arts or Engineering or a comparable degree with a concentration on sales or marketing or business experience equivalent is preferred, in addition to five years of industry specific experience. On-target earnings (OTE) of $90,000 with uncapped commissions based on performance.
